About the Account Executive position

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Account Executive responsibilities are:

  • Making new business plans

  • Managing the entire sales cycle

  • Seeking new sales opportunities

  • Introducing products/service to prospective clients/customers

  • Create proposals based upon submitted RFP's
  • Keeping a track of sales trends

  • Converting support leads into "Hero Clients"
  • Keeping in contact with clients

  • Resolving disputes

  • Negotiating agreements

Account Executive requirements are:

  • Experience as an Account Executive

  • Having knowledge of principles of marketing and research

  • Good negotiation skills

  • Familiar with salesforce

  • Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)

  • Possessing good business acumen

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or a related field
